Hold the “Power” button down until the
phone turns off.

Press and hold the “Volume” key in the
“Down” position.

Press the “Power” button while holding
the “Volume” button. Release the
“Power” button. The Android Recovery
menu displays.

Use the “Volume" button to navigate to
the “Clear Storage" option.

Press the “Power” key to select the
“Clear Storage” option. A confirmation
dialog box opens.

Press the “Volume” key up to select
“Yes" and confirm the data deletion. If
you change your mind, press the
“Volume” key down to select “No.” The
phone resets, shuts down and boots
back up. The process may take two or
three minutes. When the phone boots
back up, the device is reset to factory
defaults.
