IJebu ojude oba festival 2013, Speaker of house of rep speech "hon,Aminu waziri tambuwal" (Mockery or just saying)?

condour,beauty and royalty,and as  sons/daughters of ijebuland they all come out in mass with different beautiful attires to celebrate this year ojude-oba celebration.The speaker of Rep" revealed that he and his colleagues were working towards ensuring that royal fathers are given a chance in the executive council of the states so as to join in the deliberation apart from playing an advisory role                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

 and later said in his speech using this word " MY OGA @THE. TOP refering to mr president,was he just saying or actually making mockery of the known (MY OGA @THE TOP) that we all know of ???? Leave ur comment below.
