INCEST ARREST

A Butler County man is facing rape and incest charges after state police say he allegedly carried on an inappropriate relationship with a female relative for 20 years.

In that time period, investigators say 55-year-old Clifford Raynovich of Chicora fathered four children with the 33-year-old victim.

State police have arrested Raynovich for 71 violations of the Criminal Crimes Code.
According to state police, the alleged encounters began back in November of 1992 and ended in August of this year in different locations through Allegheny and Butler counties.

Raynovich is now facing a list of charges, including rape, incest, statutory rape, indecent assault and aggravated indecent assault
