Celkon AR 45 Launched at 8499/-

Celkon Mobiles had recently launched AR 45 belonging to RahmanIshq series. They have now added the AR 50 handset to the list. The Celkon AR50 is priced at Rs. 8,499.

It is a dual SIM dual core handset clocked at 1.2GHz (Cortex A7) probably with the same MT6572 chipset. The AR50 runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly bean OS with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. There is 5MP rear auto focus camera and front VGA camera. Screen is of 5 inch resolution possibly with WVGA or qHD screen resolution.

Other features are 3G, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi. Battery is 2000 mAh capacity. Recently Videocon also announced series of low cost handsets with the MT6572 chipset.

The RahmanIshq series are targeted for music lovers, but I don’t think there is anything special added to enhance the sound experience. The Device will Compete with Micromax Canvas Fun A76 at the same price which has better looks and available in 4 colors
